APANO's Strategic Framework helps us integrate community input and our Theory of Change into our work.
2025-2028
In June, APANO worked alongside our staff and board members to finalize our Strategic Framework Priorities to focus on Program Integration and Leadership Development, and included three new areas for 2025-2028: Trust Cultivation, Program and Community Stabilization and Organizational Development with the aim of increasing collaboration and integration of work across APANO.

History
APANO adopted our first strategic framework in 2020 in favor of a more flexible and responsive tool to adapt to rapid changes in both our organizational and socio-political landscapes.
Our 2021-2023 strategic framework was extended through 2024 to allow time to refresh our Theory of Change.
