APANO's Strategic Framework helps us integrate community inputand our Theory of Change into our work.

Earlier this June, we finalized our Strategic Framework Priorities to focus on Program Integration and Leadership Development, and included three new areas: Trust Cultivation, Program and Community Stabilization and Organizational Development to increase collaboration and integration of work across APANO.

History
APANO adopted our first strategic framework in 2020 in favor of a more flexible and responsive tool to adapt to rapid changes in both our organizational and socio-political landscapes.
Our 2021-2023 strategic framework was extended through 2024 to allow time to refresh our Theory of Change.
