What is the Oregon Kids' Credit?

  • All Oregon families who file taxes would be eligible, so long as they meet the income requirements.
  • The credit would start phasing out at $40,000 in adjusted gross income and end entirely at $45,000 for joint or head-of-household filers. For single or married filing separately it would be $20,000 to $25,000.
